THE TASK

In 2020, after acquiring my marketing agency, EOS tasked me with rapidly upgrading their web presence for an institutional, enterprise presence.  They had a huge list of web-based initiatives that were needed, from marketing sites, to an international eCommerce shop, to a global directory for all of their business coaches.

THE SOLVE

Our agency initially built their site in Hubspot, but after seeing their unique development needs and design specifications, I moved them to a clean Elementor stack while still keeping their Hubspot CRM in place.

With the new modular and scalable stack, I was able to leverage existing SaaS technologies to build a shop, multiple directory sites, and focused marketing sites without the need for a massive development team or investment.

THE OUTCOME

In just a few years, we were able to rapidly multiply our revenue to over $160M per year, servicing over 60k unique B2B visitors per month, on 14 domains, all while using the stack I initially built for them upon acquisition.

Our page conversion rates were consistently in the top 1% of industry benchmarks, and despite massive traffic and content growth, I was able to maintain all of our web properties with a minimal entry-level team.

After successes across the board, we expanded this technology to build whole new operations, such as a 1,000 company deep business directory, and learning management systems.
